Website Terms
Terms for using the FLUTEX Industrial website and compatibility information.
Website information
Product information is provided to help industrial buyers identify possible product families and compatibility. Final specification, availability, quantity, price and delivery terms are confirmed only in a formal quotation or order document.
Technical verification
Users should verify machine model, original reference, dimensions, material, process and operating conditions before ordering. Product finders narrow the range but do not replace application verification.
Compatibility and trademarks
FLUTEX is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom, registration number UK00004440019, owned by FLUTEX INDUSTRIAL LTD (registered in England & Wales, company number 17303648). The FLUTEX name, the FLUTEX logo and the FLUTEX® wordmark may not be used without written permission.
Third-party brand, system and model names are used only to identify compatibility. They remain the property of their respective owners. FLUTEX is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those manufacturers unless explicitly stated in writing.
Replacement parts
Compatible replacement parts are not represented as genuine OEM parts unless a quotation explicitly states otherwise. Original reference numbers are used for identification and cross-reference convenience.
Quotations prevail
If website content differs from a formal FLUTEX quotation, order confirmation or agreed technical specification, the formal transaction document governs that supply.
Use of content
Website content, FLUTEX branding and original presentation may not be copied for misleading, deceptive or unauthorized commercial use.
These are website-use terms, not a substitute for transaction-specific sale, warranty, delivery or payment terms.
